Our newest and smallest processing plant for liquid polymers

With our solidXfloc G 200 L 1-1, the name SMALL says it all! With its 200 litre settling tank and a 330 litre extraction tank, this preparation unit fits even into the smallest rooms, with the same quality and functionality as its larger siblings.

By using the post-dilution unit, withdrawal volumes of up to 1,000 litres/h (@ 0.1% solution) can be provided.

With a specific polymer requirement of 3 gWS/kg dry matter and an input TR of 1%, this corresponds to a sludge volume to be flocculated of approx. 33 m³/h.
