New construction of an earthquake-proof sewage sludge drying plant

For the Christchurch City Council, Sülzle Klein is installing the total solution of an earthquake-proof sewage sludge drying plant on the South Island of New Zealand.

From the acceptance of the dewatered sewage sludge to the safe dry material storage, the high-temperature drying plant processes approx. 45,000 t of wet sludge per year.

Hot water at 165°C from the energy center is used as the heat source.
